📦 Carriers and Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent by email upon shipment. We work with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and international logistics partners. The carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery address, package weight, chosen delivery method, and logistical availability.

❗ Missing or Incomplete Package

🏠 Delivery Address
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order. An address change is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. 🔁 Package Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to our warehouse, the customer may choose between a refund (excluding shipping costs) or reshipment (additional fees apply). No refund will be issued until the package has been received and confirmed as returned.
